Dickens in Southwark Walk in Southwark

He regularly visited him which sparked ideas, themes and inspired characters which would later reappear to colour many of his best-known novels. Southwark Cathedral is hosting a guided tour that will lead you to some of the places associated with Pickwick Papers, The Old Curiosity Shop, David Copperfield and Little Dorrit. If you are a Charles Dickens fan, we recommend joining this intimate tour that shows you a glimpse into this famous author’s life and imagination.
