From the start, you will be appointed your own property advisor who will stay with you throughout the sale, from valuation to completion. We understand that you will not necessarily be available in business hours, so your advisor has a flexible work pattern which can be adapted to your needs.
Your home sales advisor will assess the property and suggest a realistic price based on current market conditions. It is a point of pride that we will not give an exaggerated valuation just to gain the business.
