Montagues and Capulets at The Colab Theatre in Borough

Montagues and Capulets is an immersive theatre production of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet but with a unique and modern twist. Set in a warehouse in the 1990's, audience members are asked to dress up in 90's themed fancy dress and then join either the house of the Capulets or the Montagues. The audience decides where the story goes through the choices they make and actions they take and inevitably sealing the characters' fate, making every performance different from the next. The lovers' death is a result of the war between families and this immersive performance will make the audience feel responsible, highlighting the tragedy of an 'us and them' culture. Situated at the Colab Theatre in Borough, our London Bridge office is only a short walk away.
