3 years ago Daniel Cobb Estate Agents set up our own In House Maintenance team equipped with a range of multi-skilled technicians, including decorators, carpenters, plumbers and general handymen. We are specifically looking for an Electrician who is also happy to apply themselves to a range of multi skilled tasks as and when the job requires it.
Above all the most important trait we are looking for is someone who has a highly positive approach to work and team. The business is growing fast and we are looking for professional individuals with drive and determination to grow with us.
We want to reset the customers’ expectations when it comes to handyman services within London and believe the fundamentals of any great service experience evolve around self-discipline, proactive mind set, timeliness & attention to detail.

The role in detail:
Qualifications: 18th Edition Electrical, Inspection and Testing, Engineering.
We are looking for an Electrician with a minimum of 3 years practical experience. They will need to have a license with one of the following: ELECSA, NICEIC, NAPIT.We are looking for candidates with a can do attitude, a desire to learn new skills and willing to support a wider multi-skilled team.
Salary will vary based on experience
Work will primarily be involved with residential properties. The successful candidates will need to have a strong sense of customer service, be exceptionally organised and a good eye for detail. Furthermore the candidate must be comfortable with the use of portable devices as a means to book and complete work and take photos and short videos.
Vehicle/ Van: Tradesman will have access to a pool van to start with. As the company grows we aim to provide a van per tradesman.
