Assistant Lettings Manager
A little bit about me:
When I left school I decided to study child care at college. When I realised that it wasn’t the right step for me at the age of 17, I started as a trainee negotiator at an Estate agents in a sleepy Hertfordshire town. I progressed through all aspects of the industry which ended in managing my own branch. I love the property industry and have spent time in sales too, however I feel lettings is where my heart lies. I love the continuation of the client and agent relationship.
After leaving my previous job, an ex-colleague and friend of mine (Alice Fyfe) persuaded me to interview for a position at Daniel Cobb’s London Bridge office. I took a leap of faith and have not looked back since.
What I do outside of work:
I have a growing family and am very proud of my 22 year old son who is studying at Nottingham University and 13 year old daughter (going on 20) who yearns to be a fashion designer. We have two adorable dogs who we like to take on long walks in the country. My husband and I enjoy a full social life and love to travel to the various parts of the country visiting friends. We also enjoy travelling abroad as a family.
What I enjoy about working at Daniel Cobb:
I have always worked for family run businesses so working for Daniel Cobb is perfect for me. I received a very warm welcome from all my colleagues when I started and quickly felt part of a well-established team. They, like myself are all very customer orientated and passionate about what they do.
Proudest moment to date:
My proudest moment to date is when I chose to step out of my comfort zone and decided to come into London to continue my property career.
