Be warned: property apps can be addictive!

Google research in the USA - which may well provide an indication of UK trends - has shown that people with real estate apps on their mobile phones spend almost an hour on them each time they visit. The figure is based on 1,000 interviews, a number of surveys and many hours of behavioural tracking using online trackers. The fifty-five minute average dwell time noted by Google seems to suggest that property apps and websites can be addictive, particularly as only one in five people using them are in a position to buy a home.Google۪s survey results, announced at a conference, showed that people begin to search property sites an average of three years before they actually buy. & 69% commented that shopping for real estate was fun and it was noted that 64% of users simply couldn۪t stop browsing; they still kept checking their real estate apps even after the purchase or rental of a new home. & At Daniel Cobb we are also slightly addicted to property sites. & We pride ourselves on knowing all there is to know about London residential lettings and sales (at least, that's our excuse) in the areas& we serve, so if you want to tap into that knowledge, call us today.

Google research shows that people in the US with real estate apps on their mobile telephones spend an average of 55 minutes on them each time they visit.
