Situated to the north of the Elephant & Castle regeneration area, 89-91 Newington Causeway marked an important connection between Borough High Street and London Bridge with the new schemes at Elephant. It was therefore important not only to create the right development for the area but as it was in real terms a new location for residential living it was very important to identify the right price points.

We were instructed by our private client to carry out the following work:

1. Optimise value in the scheme

2. Carry out financial analysis and viability modelling for the scheme

3. Review all plans and specification list seeking to create best value

4. Creating a marketing and sales strategy

At twenty two storeys this was first residential tall building to be granted planning permission in Newington Causeway for many years. As the Sales Agent we also enjoyed great success in the selling of the units, the first phase selling out in a matter of weeks.

Due to the success of 89-91 Newington Causeway we are now again acting as development consultants for the same client. We have helped introduce and bring on board new development team members on the next planned tall building, which we hope will be another game changer for the area.
